ESD Vinyl Mats
Made in USA, RoHS Compliant
ESD Vinyl Mats are made in the USA from a homogeneous solid vinyl mat with a buried conductive layer in between that provides consistent electrical properties. They are considered to be our premium quality mats and the best at maintaining an ESD safe environment. Surface resistivity is 3.0 x 107 - 9.5 x 108 ohms. These ESD mats comply with ESD S4.1-1997, ASTM D412, D624, D2240 standards. Suggested service temperature is -20 degrees F to 160 degrees F. Bertech ESD Vinyl Mats are available in blue and gray color.
Applications: Aerospace Assembly, Contract Manufacturing, Electronic Assembly, Fiber Optics, Semi-conductor Facilities, and Solar panel Manufacturing
